Greetings, Elfsea and Ansteorra,
I have a few corrections and additions to the list for Elfsea's Baronial Guard.

 Ld.Fearghus
 Ld. Eric Mustakaora
 Lady Elin the Timid
 Shawn Adams (children's yeoman archers)
Anthony Michael Theanos (also for children's archers)
Centurion Tor Vigulfer(Captain)
Ld. Hengist Redhand (Sargeant)
Ld. Corbin DeHeather
Ld. Conor NaMara
Laan of House Wolfstar

The Artisan chosen was Lady Aislinn from The Steppes for her calligraphy and Ceramics. I do not know her full name, but she is a talented and lovely lady.

Ld. Darius received his Sable Thistle in Carving and Lady Rosalia received her A.O.A in court on Saturday.

Llywelyn and I had to make so many difficult decisions this week....to choose from so many talented artists and so many wonderful fighters. We had an incredible weekend, between the Baronial College, the Artisan Competition, the wonderful feast with great bardic and dancing, and the Sunday's Passage at Arms. There were so many people that just jumped in and helped, that I was amazed. We had about 150 people for the day Saturday, and about 40 - 50 for the Passage at Arms.

Before the list started, I presented Almar Bjarnko with a colorful hat that his Knight, Sir Kief of Kiersted asked me to give him that all would know that Almar was one of his own. Then Ld. Almar was presented with the A.O.A. scroll that was read into law at Steppes 12th night. Boy, was he surprised and enthused!! He fought quite well in the list after that.

We had about 20 Heavy fighters that fought in the traditional Bearpit with a reverse precedence order. The fighters were honorable, they had so much fun, and I really enjoyed watching. The level of fighting was very high, with Kahdi Mahadi, Sir Gunther, Viscount Axel, Mistress Stella, Master Fritz and others who tested the metal of our potential Baronial Guard. After the Bearpit, there was a Melee' practice. It was better than the SuperBowl!!

The Rapier list had five or six fighters, and I was very impressed with the showing that House Bloodstone made. There weren't any White Scarves present, but Ld. Duncan and Ld. Daniel (both Cadets) were in top form. Lady Layla and Lady Elin were graceful and deadly;-). Lord Julian was a late arrival, but also fought.

The Archery was exciting, with Lord Fearghus actually hitting the apple in the William Tell Shoot. Lord Corwin Mag Eoin also shot quite well, showing that his talents in archery rival his artistic talents.

Overall, it was a magnificent weekend.
