As far as I'm concerned, it's a rumor until they tell me what to judge
and *how*. I know I was asked if I'd be willing, but that doesn't mean I
will be acceptable for it nor actually doing it.

As I understand it, the actual information is in the November BlackStar. 
Unfortunately since I was moving, mine got lost in the mail (eventhough
it's first class) so I don't have a copy.

Documentation is required, what I don't know is if it has to actually be
a "period" recipe/method or not.
