I'll add one of my favorites to this list:  Master Lucais du Belier.

He's always very entertaining!  Plus, I can also speak for his 
efficiency with paperwork!  I've never worked with a better court 
herald for submitting accurate, complete reports to everyone who was 
supposed to get a copy.
