Sounds great. My suggestion is to hold it in the Dallas/Ft. Worth
area. That is somewhat further for you and me, but much shorter for
the North and West and they are the ones furthest away -- even if it
is in Dallas.

North and West also tend to have a lot less access to
Dons, Cadets, senior marshals, etc. than South, Central and Coastal. 
Dallas is close enough that those Coastal, Southern and Central folks 
will go while being more accessible to our distant brethren.

As for classes, I would teach the new rules [PLUG: get the new rules
at http://www.io.com/~crouchet and follow the "History" link],
Basics of Period Style (a hands on class for beginning period style
fighting) and Orientation to the French Army (This class is taught
in persona by Antoine Doré who assumes that YOU are a new recruit in
the French army!).
