Try to get *everything* no *later* than that, I'd say, and as much
earlier as possible, particularly if you're new.  That gives time
to track down name pronunciations, work with the retinue or whoever
handles regalia to make sure there's enough, to think about the
order of business, ...

(BTW: I mentioned writing down names simply because my experience is
almost all Steppes, which has no written charters to go with their
baronial awards.  Your Barony May Vary.)
