ANST - Too many meetings, too little fun

Your Exellency, this on the face does not sound too unreasonable.  However, I

How indeed?  It makes me look away in shame.  To think so many pin hopes and
dreams on those who would act in such a way.  Am I the only nobody who wonders
why some Peer or Peers won't step forward and  boot out the offending Peer in
these situations (on and off the field)?
