Hi all, Aquilanne here.

What about doing something similar to what the Ansteorra Laurels are
planning for this summer? Do a retreat-type thingy. After having stayed at
the Embassy Suites this last weekend I saw how inexpensive something like
this could be--you reserve a block of rooms in a fairly nice hotel, pile
people in to share the room cost, and have a nice place to hang out and
play when you're not taking care of business. The cost would be reasonably
comparable to going to an out-of-town event, you'd have a good amount of
time flexibility for planning things, and there'd be no kitchen mess to
clean up afterwards (YAY!).

Just a thought.
