a)  When this exact situation happend to me with Tivar and those marshalling
questioned my tossing aside the extra blade (we were fighting case),  my reply
was that hiting his arm was quite accidental, and I had not earned the
advantage, but lucked into it.  I further stated that if I were going to beat
him, I wanted to beat him, not luck into an advantageous position and then
take advantage of it. 

b)  Is it honorable to only give away an advantage when it is not as costly?
My own belief is that If I will cast aside the extra blade against Joe newby,
then I should cast it aside against all.  Yes, this does often cause me to get
killed and/or beaten.  Oh well.

My point is, stupid , maybe. Insulting, I hope not, for it is not intended as
such.
