Considering how little I have seen such classes offered, I don't think
the present format is working too well at all. Regional classes to
warrant officers just aren't being held very often or at all. The classes
at this business meeting would NOT have to be taught by the kingdom
officers but could be easily taught by whichever of the regionals isn't
involved in one of the other circle meetings and has been around for a
while or by the kingdom officers deputy. Having a formalized time to give
these warranting classes once a reign would be a great benefit to the
kingdom.
