My own comment:

This trend illustrates why it takes 30+ volunteers to pull off even
a small event nowadays...

In days of old
when Knights were bold
and parking wasn't attended...

I saw this one one of the other lists and thought you all would get a
chuckle out of this!

I propose that there be a parking deputy in charge of vehicles and
drivers:

1. Drivers are only allowed to park with the guidance of the Parking
Deputy
within the specified area.

2. All other parking is not allowed.

3. At least one Parking Deputy needs to be present while no more than 2
members can park at one time.

4. If "Hold" is called then the car or cars shall stop and not continue
parking. Parking will be commence upon guidance of the Parking Deputy.

5. Windshields are required and periodic cleaning is recommended.

6. Bumpers may come in contact but remember this is a game of touch and
excessive force is not allowed.

7. Only a senior Parking Deputy may authorize other Parking Deputies as
well
as sign the required orange card for parking participants.

8. The Parking Authorization (orange) card must be in the vehicle at all
times. The holder of this call must have filled out a Parking Wavier
and
showed the Senior Parking Deputy that s/he knows the rules and are not a
threat to themselves or others on the parking field.

Grins,
Donnan
