ANST - court barons

[Mike and Gail Young]

Could someone email me privately and explain exactly what it means to be a
court baron/baroness and how you get to be one.  I've been in the SCA for
13 yrs. and asked many people who have each given me a different response.
I know what kingdom law says but I would like to hear more.  Thanks-
