Although I have little problem with doing this for the Kingdom website,
I wanted it to be equal across the board for all non-Corporate
publications. Since this is a limitation to local newsletters and
websites, I made it the same for all "official" websites.

The problem here is that the Virtual Scribe is not a treasurer and
should not be. Unfortunately it is all to often to have money go through
hands that it should not have. (ie. local chroniclers recieving
subscription money)
