ANST - Warlord Dance Melee

Greetings,

One of the scheduled events for this weekend's Kingdom Warlord/King's 
Champion is a dance melee.  The following is how the melee will be held.

The Dance Melee

Partners are not required, as prior dance experience is also not 
required.  All dances will be tought, followed by a run through.  The 
competition is on a point system, the man and woman with the highest 
point totals will be declared the winners, each receiving a prize 
(including lace donated by Lady Elin the Timid - thanks Elin)
Remember this is for fun, and following the competition will be time for 
those dances requested by participants.  Each dance will have it's 
particular point, as well as points given for the overall competition. 
Remeber it will be hot - do not over do yourself (evenings are really 
not that uncomfortable up here when the day felt like 115).  If 
interested in judging, contact Philip White.

The dances and points include:

Heart's Ease - Best Lord/Lady spurn each receiving a point.

Earl of Salisbury - Most Graceful Couple receiving a point to each        
partner.

Hole in the Wall - Best Lord/Lady Vulture each receiving a point.

Parson's Farwell - Most Energetic Lord/Lady each receiving a point.

Horse's Bransle - Best Lord/Lady Characture each receiving a point.

Korobushka - Most Dramatic Couple each partner receiving a point.

Each following receives a point.

  Best Dressed Lord/Lady
  Most Courtious Lord/Lady
  Most Flortacious Lord/Lady  (Husbands watch out)
  Best Footwork by a lord/lady
  Most Enthusiastic Lord/Lady
