ANST - Air Conditioning Event!!!

Greetings All,

If any of you good gentles are looking for an event to attend this weekend,
but don't want to sit in the Blistering (read in 107) heat, deal with the wind
and dust just to twiddle your thumbs,,,,Well,   Have we got an event for you!!

True, we can not offer the "traditional" Ansteorra Site....Hot,
windy,dusty,primitive .full of bugs, ect.  BUT we can offer you  COOL, Air
conditioned rooms with no wind, dust , bugs and Real restrooms!!!  

An event were you can kick back with your friends in cool comfort and learn a
few things while your at it.  Come join us for the Alexandrian Symposium held
by the shire of Brad Leah, in Wichita Falls, Tx.( june 6, 1998)  This is an 1
day event held in Midwestern University with a small revel to follow at the
motel 8.  Directions to the revel site will be given at the event.  Details
are in the May issue of the BlackStar.

This years Symposium will be dealing with the topic of DEATH.  Come and learn
the different ways period cultures dealt with mortaliy!   Sat afternoon,  We
will be hosting a mini-tourny for those of you who Have to fight!

Childrens activities are planned for all day, to entertain the smalls will you
go to class.  A small lunch will be provided for the kids.

So Come and support this small shire and enjoy the comforte of Air
Conditionlng!!
