ANST - keeping carbonated things in check

Someone wrote that exploding bottles were being a problem.  If you can find
the metal cans used by fast food places, these are a good place to brew up
various types of carbonated drinks.  When the yeast has finished its work,
you can transfer the beverage through a filtered hose into your bottles
without the bottles going "POP".
