ANST - scarves and centurions

Star, Iris, White Scarf, Centurion are all of equal precedence, that being
grant level.  If the Scarf is perceived as by being higher, I hope that it
is because the members have earned that sort of respect.  I don't consider
the Centurion a lesser honor that the Scarf.  I know too many Centurions.

I would urge all members of the orders to try and do that little extra.
Don't rest on your "laurels".

of all 4 grant orders?
