Real simple. Here goes:

2 1/2 gallons of fresh cut strawberries
10 lbs of sugar
champagne yeast
camden tablets, 5

Freeze strawberries overnight then place in primary. Dissolve sugar in
water and pour over strawberries. Top off with water and pitch crushed
tablets. After 24 hours, pitch rehydrated yeast.

It was in the carboy just over a year, and still needs to mellow the
alcohol bite out of it. It's very alcoholic, but not sure how high since
the initial SG readings were difficult to get. This batch was done thanks
to Mistress Clare who suggested it and went and got the strawberries.
