ANST - It's been real

These words are my own as I see them, and no one elses.  If you take offense at
my words, please E-mail me privately.  If you wish to open then for debate on
this list, please do so.  This list is made for such a purpose.  This list is as
varied as our kingdom.  For each person who has a kingdom stiff in formality,
this list is peppered with "cute" ness.  For each person loose in their
liberality, this list is assailed with it's bringers of starch.  I have deleted
messages about a dead horse that had no interest for me, and they have been
quickly joined by messages about looms.  Yes, they have even been joined by
Galens post.  Each person see's Ansteorra their way.  We are the dead horse and
the loom.  Each has it's place on a different list, each has it's place on this
one.  Galen has made his choice for his own reasons.  Several have wrote to say
they are or have considered making the same choice.  These statements are as far
away from the "purpose" of this list, and yet are somehow just as appropriate and
just as right here.  This list is Ansteorra.  We on this list run the gambit of
the kingdom.  From the aspiring Laurel to the person looking for the next party,
to the person that just wants to keep in touch and be a chum to his family, our
family, our kingdom; we are here.  Yes this means I have to spend about twice as
long reading my e-mail.  However, if I wasn't in love with this noble society we
have created, with all our eccentricities, I wouldn't have stayed a player this
long.
