Kingdom Academy of the Rapier. 

Queen's Rapier - Orlando (de Salamanca?), Duncan Hepburn & Brian
	Cameron

Award of the Sable Crane - Isobel Grace Hadleigh

Order of the White Scarf - Eisen Kriegen (bestowed), Donovan 
	FitzPatrick (announced, to be given at Coronation, I believe.)

I keep thinking I have forgotten something and I do so heartily
apologize if I have. But for these most deserving recipients I wish to
send out a most hearty VIVANT!
