To me that letting the mind work things out is my meditation.  It's
something I can't adequately put into words, but it works wonders for my
state of well being.  This year it was sorely needed.  In April I was
diagnosed with a chronic autoimmune disease, and needed to sort things
out and prove that I could still do things like that...
