ANST - Lyonesse -- Marmelade?

My beloved Lord Manfred and I received two jars of orange marmalade as
largesse at Lyonesse, which we have very much enjoyed. I *think* I know who
made it, but am not certain, and don't want to misdirect my thanks. Could
someone who does know for certain please post the name of the marmalade
maker, so that I may thank him/her and tell her/him how much we appreciated
it?
