To One and All,

The Black Star Forms pages have been updated to include the official Minors
Permission Form/Event Waiver in several different file formats.  It, like
the other forms, is found at:

	http://www.telepath.com/spowers/blackstar/

This is the form that is required when a minor attends an event without his
or her parent(s) or legal guardian(s).  This is occasionally published in
the Black Star, but you can now have access to it over the internet.  Note
that this has to be signed an notarized to be accepted.  Your local
seneschal probably has a few on hand, too.

-US Membership Forms for renewing your membership in the SCA
