If you live near a college or university, try their bookstore art 
department.  Usuaslly they teach a class on it so the bookstore carries 
the supplies.  If that doesn't work call your local high school art 
teacher and ask for the address for a NASCO catalog.  They have 
EVERYTHING.  Pretty reasonable too.  Be meticulous in preparing the 
metal otherwise the enamel won't adhere, or it will creep and crawl.
