Greetings!

I am in the need of all local and regional rapier marshal's snail mail
address.   I would like to send out the schedule/classes with instructors list
so that they can be copied and give to those in your area.  Please e-mail me
privatly.  

I am also letting all autocrat's who will be having events from now until
academy know I will be send the same information to you.  Will you please give
it to the individual running you light list and leave some copies at the gate.

Lastly - I am encouraging all members of Ansteorra chivalric and rapier to
attend the academy.  There is a track for the chivalric individual who is
thinking that picking up light maybe a fun past time.  It is being taught by
HRH Barn, Duke Sigmund and Duke Michael.  And for those of you who didn't know
HRH Barn won the torch light rapier tournament at Steppes with 67 wins - the
next closest person had 42.

To Grow, One Must Learn



Greetings unto the populace of Ansteorra and those interested in the art of
rapier combat.  


The Barony of Bonwicke invites all to attend Ansteorra's Academy of the Rapier
held at Eagle's Landing in Nolan, TX.  From duelist to novice, from White to
Red Scarf, from rapier to rattan -- all will be in attendance.  The White
Scarves of Ansteorra will be there in force, the question is...will you?


Classes will be presented so that all can benefit. Are you an advanced fighter
seeking some new ideas and approaches to the Duel? Are you a novice seeking to
work with an instructor about whom you have only heard and from whom you wish
to learn a different technique?  Or are you a rattan fighter seeking to learn
the techniques of the duello?  This is the event for all of you! Over 35
instructors have offered their time and expertise to this academy, so come
play, learn, and enjoy.

The event is conveniently located 23 miles South of Abilene, Texas. Take 277
south from I-20 to Hwy 89. Turn West on Hwy 89, go approximately 4.5 miles to
Co. Rd 351.  Gate opens at 5:00 p.m. Friday.
