ANST - delays

It sure seems to be taking a long time [electronically speaking] for
replys to appear on the net.  I wonder if this is a by-product of
having been a monitored list.

Theoretically this message shoud appear on both lists at about the
same time.  If it does, then the answer is no. If it doesn't then
the answer is maybe.
