OK, so posit a adequate technical solution that will solve the problems and 
suggest and/or help in it's implementation that will prevent the situation.

from being on many other lists, for a very long time, (and understanding 
them moderately well) i would suggest Pug is doing a *exceptional* job 
keeping the noise level down and the information level up.  

it's not a perfect world ... the ability to tolerate, flex & flow are positive 
evolutionary concepts.
