true, but that's usually done at the same level and sticks don't have near 
the mass that a armoured individual has .. nor do they have the impact 
energy that the same peson falling from a 3+ foot height does ..... if you're 
wearing extra mass that restricts movement falls from 3+ feet height are 
*not* advised  and can easily be avoided.  

aren't there siege rules that require guard rails / ropes on engines / ramps 
that rise above a certain height ????
