Note to All: Announced at Elfsea Defender
  A new Coastal Regional Warlord will be chosen at Bordermarch melees. 
Any interested need to reside in the Coastal Region and be able to attend
Gulf War. Bring yourself and your best to Bordermarch melees. The practice 
of fighting at Three Kings the weekend before won't hurt your chances.
