ANST - Kingdom Charters / Scrolls, etc.

My group is interested in doing some painting.  I will be at Crown and at
Melees.  I will be in the kitchen/tavern at each.  I am VERY ignorant of
what is necessary to painting but VERY excited about learning.
Please let me know what I need to do.
