ANST - Sumptuary Laws

         Greetings to the list, I have a question to ask on behalf of a
member of our group.  He has just moved to this kingdom, and would like to
know if there are any sumptuary laws regarding the wearing of spurs.  None
of us were sure, but I am certain that some of you out there will know.
