None that I know of. With all of the Cavalier personnas runnning around,
that issue has been dead for years.

The only caveat I would issue would be the wearing of gold colored spurs.
The Chiv is pretty laid-back about stuff but wearing "gold" spurs could
cause some problems.

Other than that, your friend should have no problems wearing spurs.
