Just because someone is a Peer does not mean they can teach what they know
effectivly in a classroom setting.  Just because someone does teach
effectivly in the classroom does not mean they are, or should be, a Peer.
Let's not judge everyone by those few people who are both excellent
classroom teachers and upstanding Peers.
