Btw, I realized last night that I may have mis-stated something. These
questions are all in the aspect of *if* the SCA is considered one of the
above nonprofit groups. Otherwise it doesn't matter since the individual
would just have to get the wine/beer annual permit for $175 and whatever
hoops they need to jump through.
I doubt we are a non-profit historic preservation organization. I
*assume* these are the people who maintain old houses (such as the ones
they have weddings in here in Austin).
I doubt we are a non-profit religious organization due to our own
By-Laws.
I don't know what the definitions of charitable nor civic non-profit
groups are to even make a guess.
