Given the current "understated elegance" and simplicity of our 
Crowns and Coronets, I'd say this wouldn't be a good rule of thumb to 
try to enforce in our Kingdom...  In fact, several Duchy and County 
types (and even many Barony types) who have what I consider to be 
highly impressive hats, might be kinda miffed....
