ANST - to serve or not to serve...

I recently went to an event and was pleasantly surprised that all the dishes
were in place on the tables ready for us to serve ourselves. I really liked
this 'cause it made for a feeling of family. "Pass the 'taters ma!".

We were asked to leave the hall so that the servers could do this quickly
with out having to weave in and out of the crowded area. This left the
servers free to serve the drinks as needed and to serve seconds. It worked
out great! Now grant it it was a small event, there were only 200 of us to
feed. But it worked just great and with enough planning it could work for a
large event.

Ches

Be happy and never stop at a wall,
scale it,
scale it happily,
you will win,
be free and feel it.
