ANST - 1st time feastocrat seeking advice

Greetings all,

I will be feastocrating for the first time this Samhain and was hoping 
for some advice from others who have done this more than I have.  I 
already have a menu, but don't know what to do from here.  Please, any 
help would be appreciated.
