While I'm sure others here will give you some good advice, you might also
want to take a look at some of the files in the FEASTS or the FOOD section
of my Stefan's Florilegium.

For instance these in the FEASTS section:

There are also a number of feast menus from previous outstanding SCA feasts
given in this section. Although, since you already have your menu, these may
not be that useful right now.

Someone else on the SCA-Cooks mail list recently asked a similar question
and there is a continuing discussion on this there. It seems to come up
periodically. If you are interested in period food, whether just for you
and a few friends or for a big SCA feast, I would recommend you consider
joining the list. The list coordinator is our very own Papa er, Sir Gunthar.
