ANST - Gulf Wars refunds

Greetings!

A fairly large number of gentles from my Barony were supposed to get
refunds at Gulf Wars this year.  Once we hit site, we were told the checks
would be mailed the week after the war and all the mailing information was
taken down.  To date, still no refunds....

Any one else have a similar experience?  Any ideas on who to contact at
this late date?
