ANST - Defender and Champion of the Children Tournies at Steppes Warlord (new info for the Bards!)

The Barony of the Steppes, along with the office of the MOC, is  
pleased to announce that there will be additional lists this year at
STEPPES WARLORD.  It is time to search for those among us who are strong
enough, fast enough, and brave enough to act as the Central Region
Defender and Champion of the Children.

  Saturday, May 29th, will be the CHAMPION(LIGHT) tourney to be held
  opposite the Steppes Warlord list.(to be held early)

  Sunday, May 30th, will be the DEFENDER(HEAVY) tourney to be held
  opposite the Champion list.(to be held early in the morning)

  Both tournies will be bear-pit, 2 kill limit rounds, time limit to be
  between 45 minutes to an hour.
  
  The main rule is:  You must be sponsored by a child.  To show
  sponsorship please have said child or a letter of intent (ie drawing,
  handprint, scribble on construction paper) ready at sign-up.
  
  This is not a requirement, but a gentle reminder, that this would also
  be a good time to donate any colors, scissors, construction paper, and
  other items that may be used to stock the KINGDOM childrens activities
  coffers for use at ATYC.

 Come out early or stay late to join in the fun and show your support   
for our Kingdoms future!
  
 And as promised, we will also be holding a competition to find the one 
among us that is the most entertaining, to act as the Central Region
 Bard for the Children.  
 This will be open for all ages and will take place Sunday in the 
 Children's Activities area. (time TBA)  
 You do not need to be sponsored by a child, because the children will
 be the judges. More information will follow as time draws closer.
