ANST - clarification of server donations

Mirrim (mirrim at moritu.net) said something that sounded like:

Let me make sure to state that Baroness Mirrim is the expert when it
comes to the Kingdom's money. She is the Kingdom Treasurer and in charge
here. I am just trying to get money for a good cause.
