Good Morning,

  Things have been calm enough that I am going to unmoderate the list.
  Hopefully things will stay calm so I do not again have to moderate it.

  I'd like to thank everyone who gave words of thanks or encouragment.
  I'm sorry I didn't thank all of you individually.
