It always is.  They built a castle there.  The site is cheap,  has good 
camping areas, good drainage, lots of picnic tables, hot showers (if you get 
there quick enough), electricity and owners who like having us there, so 
there is no reason to find another site.  Bordermarch and Graywood have held 
nearly all of their calendar events there since Greywood hosted the last 
Guardian of the Guantlet in 1993, except for Gladwyn's Queen's list.
