                         PENNSIC 
                 A CALL FOR PERFORMERS

Calling all Fools, Jugglers, Magicians, Acrobats, Contortionists,
Geeks, Freaks, Educated Bears, Tricksters, Puppeteers, Comedians, 
Board Members, Prestidigitators, Idiots, Misfits, Mountebanks, Snake 
Charmers, Soothsayers, Buskers, Jesters, Guziers, Sturdy Beggars, 
Prophets, Jongleurs, Tattooed Ladies, Tumblers, Conjurers, Mummers, 
Sword Swallowers, Fire Eaters, Buffoons, and Dukes!

Through means arcane and mysterious, even to myself, control of the 
Performing Arts Pavilion (PAP) has fallen into my hands for the entire 
Pennsic afternoon of Monday, August 16th! Its mine! All Mine! 
Muahaha! Truly, when manna falls from heaven to splat upon my pate and 
ooze greasily down my shirt, I would be less than a fool to not take 
advantage of such an extravagant opportunity to spread Chaos and Cheap 
Jokes upon the land, for when this day is done and the tenders of the 
PAP see what we have wrought, such a chance will likely never come my 
way again.

And so, let us gather there, fellow fools, and mount the stage. And 
once we are satisfied with that, then let us put on a show, both for 
ourselves and for whatever poor innocent travelers lack the wit to 
sidestep us or the might of arms to fight their way clear. Let us have 
juggling to delight the eye, magic to confound the mind, puppets to 
speak the forbidden truths, and colorful costumes that we may 
recognize one another later on in jail. Let us promise our audiences 
blood, death, sex, dismemberment, and holy visitations and instead 
regale them with sight gags and cheap humor of every sort.

If you are of a mind to perform in this Really Big Shoe, you have but 
to send me a message, an e-mail, a phone call, a ripe old fish, and I 
will respond in kind. I need to know all manner of things, which one 
would think are obvious, such as your name, contact info, what kind of 
act you do, how long it takes, special needs such as solar eclipses, 
and generally as much detail about your act as you care to furnish. 

No act is too short! No act is too stupid! No act will get paid!
