ANST - OP award abbreviations

Okay, I've tried the Kingdom Herald and the Zodiacus Herald, maybe someone
knows what these award abbreviations stand for.  I'm archiving the monthly
newsletters of the Shire of the Shadowlands and came across an old OP with
awards possibly from the Middle Kingdom.  Can you help?
SSG
CSS
OPF
FALCON
OW
OPF and OW may be order of the purple fret and order of the willow but I'm not
sure.
