ANST - Steppes' Artisan

One thing I forgot (I knew there was *something*) - the Steppes 
Champion list was held at Steppes Artisan, having been postponed 
from Warlord due to the rain. 
Don Modius is the new Steppes Champion.  Lord Geoffrey of the Bay was 
his opponent in the finals.  Congratulations to Modius *and* 
Geoffrey, who both fought beautifully.  :)
