ANST - Charters

I agree with Mistress Rose, we need to continue on with our present system of
painted award charters, used by the Crown to be given out during Court, until
further notice.

All the ideas presented by the various gentles so far are just that, ideas to
think about, mull over, hash around until a well-formed proposal is submitted,
reviewed by Lord Star, Star Signet, and the Crown, and then voted on by the
populace. Just because an idea has been presented doesn't mean it is
automatically going to change the way things are being done at the present
time.  If things could be changed that easily, I'd be the first to be
presenting some new ideas....!  ; D

So please relax, relax, relax!  : )     Nothing has been changed, and nothing
will be changed, until properly reviewed and voted on.  So in answer to all the
private e-mails I have received concerning the painting of charters, please
continue painting and having fun!  If any changes do take place, it will be
done in a timely fashion, with plenty of notice to  everyone!
