or her family.  (Reminder: Non-custodial adults must have legal

Estrella War XVI - Pre-Registration ** FAQ **

1) What are the rates (US dollars)? 
($5 discount if received before 11/30/99 - $2 for youth)

Arrival at: 2/16 gate open - 2/19 12:00 midnight:  
$30 (Adult Member) $35 (Adult Non-Member)  $10 (Youth 12-17)

Arrival at: 2/20 12:01 am - close:
$20 (Adult Member) $25 (Adult Non-Member)  $10 (Youth 12-17)

2) What about cancellations, refunds, and transfers?
- Cancellations received before 12/31/99 refunded before War.
- Cancellations received 1/1/00 - 1/31/00 refunded after War.
- Transfers received before 12/31/99 will be honored.
- Complete directions regarding these issues will be addressed in 
  the confirmation letter.

3) Can I pre-register for day tokens?  
No. Troll will handle all day tokens.($15 / $8 youth)

4) What should I send with my completed Pre-Registration Form?

- Cashier's check or money order to "Estrella War - SCA, INC".  
  (NO PERSONAL CHECKS)
- COPY OF MEMBERSHIP CARD FOR MEMBER PRICE
- Self-addressed (& stamped) envelope to return your confirmation
Note:  Multiple forms can be in one envelope and those payments 
  can be combined.
