ANST - Grants and "qualities"...

I have always thought it would be nice to add 'qualifiers' to the Sable
Crane award, like the Sable Thistle, which can be received more than once
for different arts, which recognize some expertise in a new medium or field
of arts (including the static, bardic, heraldic, archery and armory if they
are art related).

The Sable Crane could be receive more than once for different areas of
service, so recognition could be given in new service areas of excellence
(ie. Waterbearing, Autocrating, feastocrating, Chronicler,
Seneschal...etc.) if the person is not deemed ready to be given the Star of
Merit (for whatever reason).   Just a thought.     Bn. Hillary Greenslade,
