ANST - "Lost" at Ansteorran Queen's Champion Tourney

Your Excellency,
The lost and found has, as of Monday's Populace meeting, been in the posession of
Peronelle.  My lady and I do however have a list of what was in the lost and found.
There was neither a paper bag nor any blunts amongst those things we found.
