Any article that has its basic facts wrong should be viewed with
suspicion. Here's an example from the quoted article:

> WORLD ENVIRONMENTAL CONFERENCE and the
> MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS FOUNDATION
> F.D.A. ISSUING FOR COLLUSION WITH MONSANTO
> Article written by Nancy Markle (1120197)

Well, first notice that the title itself is nonsense. That
ought to set your ears up ...

>When the temperature of Aspartame exceeds 86 degrees F, the wood
>alcohol in ASPARTAME coverts [...]

Here's where the alarm should go off: there is no wood
alcohol in Aspartame. At high temperatures, aspartame
can break down into (among other things) wood alcohol,
but that's at much higher temperatures than 86 degrees F.

Someone with such a poor grasp of the basic chemistry
is not to be trusted. So don't get panicy because of these
idiots. To me this "Nancy Markle" sounds like a typical
ignorant big-business-is-evil conspiracy kook.
